Our inspection services cover single family residence, new construction homes, condominiums, townhomes, manufactured homes, and multi family properties including apartments and duplexes.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will strive to provide an excellent experience for all of our clients. Home construction is very complex which requires a highly qualified and experienced home inspector who knows all the building components and systems of a home. Buying a home can be a very stressful process, and often times knowing what goes into your home inspection can be confusing. Our detailed inspection covers all components of your home to better inform you of your home purchase. We thoroughly inspect all the major components and systems of the property to expose unknown defects and help you become more knowledgeable about your purchase.  While we cannot predict the life expectancy of all items, we can give you a current condition of the home to better prepare for your purchase.

You will receive your home inspection report the same day as inspection. All reports are easily assessable online, and are password protected. We are always available for any questions you might have as well as re-inspections to ensure all items you request are repaired or replaced correctly.
